Nothing is typed, because the hard part of approaching somebody has never been the words. It is your voice leaving your mouth while a stranger looks at you.
She is not a chatbot that agrees with you. Each woman here has her own patience, warmth and willingness to be interrupted, and she can be busy, short with you, or simply done. A practice partner who always says yes teaches you that everybody says yes, which is the opposite of useful when you are standing in a real shop.
There are no lines, no openers and nothing about talking anybody round. What you get is repetition: the first sentence, the pause after it, and the part where you find out whether she wants to keep talking — as many times as you like, at three and a half kroner a minute, with nobody watching.

Is the woman a real person?
No. Every woman here is AI-generated: a generated face, a synthetic voice and a written character. No real person is involved, nobody is impersonated, and no recordings of anybody are used.
Do I type, or do I actually speak?
You speak. Your microphone is on and she answers as you talk, out loud, on video. Nothing is typed. That is the whole point: the hard part of approaching somebody is your voice leaving your mouth, and reading a chat window does not practise it.
Can she turn me down or walk away?
Yes, and she does. She can be busy, uninterested, short with you, or simply finished, and she can end the conversation herself. A practice partner who always says yes teaches you that everyone says yes, which is the opposite of useful.
What does it cost?
You buy minutes: 15 minutes for 59 kr or $6, 40 minutes for 149 kr or $15, and 100 minutes for 349 kr or $35. Prices include VAT, minutes never expire, and you are only charged for the time you actually talk through. There is no subscription and no free tier.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up, no password and no email required to start. Buying minutes gives you a code, the browser remembers it, and the code is the only thing that identifies you. We store a one-way fingerprint of it and the minutes left against it, never the code itself.
Is anything I say recorded?
No. Nothing you say is recorded or stored, and neither is your camera. The transcript lives in the page while you are looking at it and is gone when you leave or start again. What we keep is a fingerprint of your code and how many seconds are left on it.
How long is one conversation?
Up to five minutes, with a clock on screen so it never ends as a surprise. Most useful attempts are shorter than that - the difficult part is the first thirty seconds, and you can start another one immediately.
Which languages does she speak?
English and Norwegian. She is written natively in both rather than translated, so the Norwegian sounds like somebody from Norway rather than an English sentence with Norwegian words in it.
Who is this for?
Anybody who finds the first sentence hard: people with approach anxiety, people who have been out of practice for years, people who moved somewhere new, and people who are fine in theory and freeze in the moment. It is practice, not a script and not a set of lines.
Is this a dating app or a pickup course?
Neither. Nobody here is available to meet and there are no techniques, openers or ways to talk somebody round. It is a place to get used to speaking to a stranger who has her own mood and her own reasons, so that the real thing is less of a cliff.
